My published site isn't showing my latest changes

If you made edits in the designer but your live site still looks the same, your browser may be showing you a cached copy of an older version of your site. To force it to fetch the latest:

• Mac: hold Shift and click Refresh, or press Cmd + Shift + R.
• Windows/Linux: press Ctrl + Shift + R.
• Or open your site in an Incognito / Private window.

If the Incognito version shows your latest changes but your regular browser doesn't, it's a local cache issue. You will want to clear your browser cache for your site and try again or try from another browser.

If your site is on a custom domain (e.g. www.my-business.com), the live version is served through a CDN. After you click Publish, it can take a few minutes for the new version to reach every region. We have also seen some instances where this could take 10-15 minutes.

Sometimes, it’s also helpful to try loading your page from a different internet connection to confirm that the site wasn’t being inadvertently cached by your internet provider.
