Embed music, playlists, or podcasts from Spotify directly on your Solo site
Spotify allows you to embed songs, albums, playlists, or podcasts so visitors can listen without leaving your site. Whether you’re a musician, podcaster, or just want to set the mood with curated audio, Spotify’s embedded player brings dynamic sound directly to your Solo website.
Step 1: Get Your Spotify Embed Code
- Go to Spotify and find the song, album, playlist, or podcast episode you want to embed
- Click the three-dot menu (•••) next to the content
- Hover over Share and select Embed
- Customize the appearance (e.g. light or dark theme, size)
- Click Copy to copy the embed code

Step 2: Add the Code to Your Solo Website
- Visit the designer
- In the top toolbar, click [Sections]
- In the Sections right sidebar, click [Add section]
- Double click the [Code embed] section in the modal to add it to your website
- In the designer area, scroll down to the Code embed, and hover over the section
- Click [Edit section]
- In the Code embed right sidebar, you can type or paste in your code.
- In the right top toolbar, click [Save Draft]
- Try previewing your site before you click [Publish] to make sure you’re happy with the expected result.
Once published, your Spotify player will appear on your site and visitors will be able to play content directly. Be sure to preview it on desktop and mobile to ensure it fits well with your layout.
