Add Disqus comments to your website

Disqus allows visitors share feedback and comment directly on your website. To integrate Disques into Solo:

Step 1: Get your Disqus embed code

1. Visit Disqus and sign in to your account.
2. Navigate to the specific comment you'd like to embed.
3. Click the timestamp under the comment and this will update the URL shown in your browser.
4. Copy the updated URL of that thread from your browser.
5. Go to the Disqus Embed Generator.
6. Paste the copied comment URL into the provided field.
7. Copy the Embed Code displayed in the results.

Step 2: Add the code to your Solo website

Note: Custom code requires a Pro or Grow plan and a connected custom domain.

1. Visit the designer
2. In the top toolbar, click Settings
3. In the Settings right sidebar, scroll down, and toggle on Custom code
4. In the modal that appears, paste your code (e.g. <script>)
5. Click Save
6. In the top right toolbar, click Publish

Once published, your embedded Disqus comment section should appear on your site.
