Add multilingual support to your website with Weglot

Weglot allows you to make your site multilingual. Custom code requires a Pro or Grow plan and a connected custom domain. To integrate Weglot into Solo:

Step 1: Create a Weglot account and project

1. Visit Weglot and create a free account.
2. Once logged in, create a new project.
3. For Website Technology, select Other.
4. Choose your website's original language and the language(s) you want to support.

Step 2: Get the Weglot JavaScript code

1. On the setup screen, scroll down and click Use JavaScript Integration.
2. Weglot will generate a code snippet based on your language choices.
3. Click Copy to copy the integration code to your clipboard.

Step 3: Add the code to your Solo website

1. Visit the designer
2. In the top toolbar, click Settings
3. In the Settings right sidebar, scroll down, and toggle on Custom code
4. In the modal that appears, paste your Weglot JavaScript code (e.g. <script>)
5. Click Save
6. In the top right toolbar, click Publish
