What payment methods do you support and how can I update it?

Note: This applies to both Pro and Grow plan subscribers.

You can use debit or credit cards, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Afterpay, and Klarna.

You can update your payment method by following the steps below:

Note: Please confirm you are adding a valid payment method, otherwise your payment will fail.

  1. Visit the Designer
  2. Click the account menu at the top right
  3. In the account menu, click Account Settings
  4. Click Manage Billing
  5. See you are redirected to the customer portal and see your next billing date and amount.
  6. Click the pencil icon next to your payment method (displayed under “Your subscription renews on…” text
  7. Click Add payment method
  8. Select your new payment method and enter its details
  9. Click Update
  10. Observe you are redirected to the customer portal
  11. Click the 3 dots next to the newly added payment method
  12. Click Make default in the dropdown
  13. See you see the default tag displayed next to the new payment method
  14. You can click the 3 dots next to your old payment method and click Delete in the dropdown if you want to remove that.
