When entering your payment details, you may see a red notification “Your card was declined. Please use a debit instead” or you may have accidentally clicked the back arrow on the checkout page and see Checkout canceled.
In both cases, you can retry payment and verify the following information:
- You are based in a supported country
- You are entering the correct numbers for your credit/debit card (including correct CVV and expiry date)
- You are entering the correct address (including city, country, and zipcode) for which your credit/debit card is registered at
- You are using your regular work/personal email you have access to receive emails at
- You did not subscribe to Solo Pro for different accounts on the same day
If you verified all the information above and still face difficulties with completing payment, please contact us.
Note: We only support a select number of payment methods. We cannot accept payments offline and please do not send your payment info via email.
