My video link isn't working?
Solo's video section currently supports video links from the following providers:
- YouTube
- Vimeo (including unlisted videos)
- Google Drive
- Dailymotion
Video sections support up to 8 videos each. If a provider is not listed above, it may still work. Dropbox and Box are not currently supported.
Embedding requirements
Some providers require that the owner of the video enable embedding. If embedding is disabled on the video, the link will not work in Solo. Check your video's sharing or privacy settings on the provider's platform to make sure embedding is allowed.
If your video link still does not work, please email support@soloist.ai so we can investigate or add support for your provider.
