I don't see my websites?

To view your websites, log into designer with the email address you used to create the website.

Common Issues

• You may be logged in with the wrong email address
• Your website was created with a different email

Note: Check your inbox for emails from @soloist.ai to confirm which email address is associated with your website.

How to check your account email

1. Visit the designer
2. Click the account dropdown icon in the right of the top toolbar
3. In the account sidebar, you'll see your email address at the top. Please confirm this is the email you used to create your websites.
