How can I switch my billing period from monthly to yearly or vice versa for Solo Pro?
You can subscribe to Solo Pro or Grow and pay a monthly invoice or a yearly invoice.
To switch from monthly to yearly or vice-versa:
- Visit the Designer
- Click the account menu at the top right
- In the account menu, click
Account Settings - Click
Manage Billing - See you are redirected to the customer portal and see your next billing date and amount.
- Click
Update subscription - See what plan you are on.
Note: If you see "current subscription" when you are on the monthly tab, it means you are on a monthly subscription and will pay invoices monthly.
- Select the tab for the billing period you want to switch to
Note: If you are on the monthly plan and want to switch to the yearly plan, click the yearly tab
- Click the Solo Pro option
- Click
Continue - See the billing amount and next due date
- Click
Confirm - You have now successfully switched your billing period
Note: If you are switching plans from yearly to monthly, we will apply a credit to your account so you will not be charged for the remaining duration e.g. you were subscribed to the yearly plan for 3 months, the next 9 months will be credited to you - if you switch to the monthly plan. After credits are completed, you will be charged regularly on a monthly basis.
