How do I delete my account?

When you delete your account, all of your website data will be deleted and cannot be retrieved. This also includes the following:

• If you have an active Pro or Grow subscription, it will be cancelled.
• If you have any custom domains, they will be disconnected. You can continue to manage your custom domain at the DNS provider website.
• If you have any invited website editors to any of your sites, they will no longer be able to access those websites as they will have been deleted.

You can delete your accounts by following the steps below:

1. Visit the designer

2. Click the account dropdown icon in the right of the top toolbar

3. In the dropdown, click Account Settings.

4. Click Delete Account

5. Complete the steps and click Delete Solo Account
