How do I change my account email?

You can change your email address by following the steps below:

1. Visit the Designer

2. Click the account dropdown icon in the right of the top toolbar

3. In the dropdown, click Account Settings.

4. Click Change Email Address

5. Type in your new email address

6. Check your new email address inbox (e.g. login to your mailing client, mail.google.com)

7. Type in the code you received in the modal

If for whatever reason you are still having difficulty, please email support@soloist.ai. Please send your current login email and provide the new login email. If you are unable to do so, we will need additional details like the name of your website and any other so that we can verify your ownership of the website. Updating the account email will be completed on a case by case basis if we are unable to verify ownership.
