When you create a new site in Solo, you have the opportunity to provide a URL to your existing website. Solo uses the content from your existing website to generate a new website. This can include everything from reviews to business hours. Solo only looks at the content at the web link provided. Solo currently does not look at webpages linked (sub-pages) on your website. If you have a sub-page that has better information, we suggest providing the link to that page when creating your new site in Solo.
In addition, Solo can’t read links that require a user to login such as a LinkedIn profile page. If you’re not sure, you can try visiting the link via Incognito mode in your web browser and that will show what Solo can see and read.
Because Solo uses AI to read your existing website to generate your new website, it makes mistakes and sometimes fails. We are working to improve this but if you’re not liking the website it composed, please send us an email to support@soloist.ai and we’ll investigate further.
