To view your websites, log into designer with the email address you used to create the website.
Common issues #
- You may be logged in with the wrong email address
- Your website was created with a different email
Note: Check your inbox for emails from @soloist.ai to confirm which email address is associated with your website.
How to check your account email #
- Visit the designer
- Click the account dropdown icon in the right of the top toolbar
- In the account sidebar, you’ll see your email address at the top. Please confirm this is the email you used to create your websites.
